Please join us at Curt’s Cafe on Friday, November 2nd at 7 p.m. for a fun evening out with other Northminster parents. Amy Pagliarella will lead us in an exploration of Spiritual Parenting practices with some real-life examples of ways we, as parents, can lead our family in Christ. You may remember Amy from the Women’s Retreat; she and her family have also been visiting Northminster the past few Sundays. RSVP via email to Children and Family Ministries Director, Meredith Rogowski by Wednesday, October 31st.
Childcare for this event is available from 6:45 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. at Northminster for only $5 per child. The kids can play with their friends while parents attend the event at Curt’s.
“Free-Range Pastor” Rev. Amy Pagliarella feels called to nurture others to see God at work in all aspects of their lives, and she particularly enjoys helping families create meaningful and accessible ways to live their faith around the table, in the car, and in the midst of busy lives. Amy has served local churches in a variety of ways — for ten years as the Associate Pastor at Edgewater Presbyterian Church, local retreat leader, and regular volunteer at the Common Pantry where she created a program for parents and kids to volunteer together. Amy and her husband live in Chicago where they joyfully parent their two boys, ages 9 and 11.
