Bike to Church and Family Picnic, September 30th

On Sunday, September 30th, all families are invited to bike to church and bring a picnic lunch to Bent Park following worship. The Christian Education Committee will provide drinks and dessert. Bent Park is at Harrison and Hastings, just four blocks west of Northminster. We hope to see you there!  

Youth Outing to Feed My Starving Children, September 28th RSVP NOW

The first youth outing of the year to Feed My Starving Children is coming up this Friday, September 28th. Both Junior and Senior High Youth are welcome!  We will go up to their facility in Libertyville to help pack nutritious meals for people in need around the globe.   We’ll meet at the church at 6 p.m….

Personnel Committee Hosts ToGather September 27th

The Personnel Committee will be hosting the third ToGather of the fall session in Logan Hall at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, September 27th. Acolyte Training, Thursday, September 27th

Any children interted in becoming an acolyte, or even those who want a brief refresher course, should come to the sanctuary at 6 p.m. on Thursday, September 27th. Ami Bauman will teach kids  how to perform their duties. Children any age who think they might be interested are encouraged to attend.

First Grade Worship Orientation, September 27th

This Thursday, September 27th, at 5:30 p.m. in the sanctuary, Pastors Michael and Jessica will lead a learning experience for Northminster 1st graders, walking through the different parts on the church and talking about the names for each part and why they’re important to us. Acolyte training follows for any interested children.

All-Youth Kickball Kickoff, Sunday, September 9th
