Service as Worship & Race Against Hate, June 17th

Categories: Mission

Serving is a way of worshiping and on June 17th we will have a special service that combines the two. At 9:30 a.m. in Logan Hall we will gather for a brief worship service and then there will be an opportunity to participate in various service projects. Everyone is urged to attend.

Members also are encouraged to spend Sunday running, walking or volunteering at the Ricky Byrdsong Memorial Race Against Hate, which is held each year on Fathers’ Day. The race starts at Long Field at the corner of Lincoln and Sheridan Road. For more information about the race, go to this link.
