Opportunity to Help: Become a Silent Samaritan

Categories: Events,Mission

A Silent Samaritan is someone who supports mental health counseling for women in need by donating a $100 or more to the Samaritan Counseling Center.  The SCC uses the donations to provide subsidized counseling for women struggling with emotional issues.

There is a thank-you event for Silent Samaritans at Bernie’s Book Bank in Lake Bluff on March 9th from 7 to 9 p.m. Emily Rosencrans, Manager of Pastoral Care at Lake Forest Hospital, are sharing stories of women helping women.

To donate, go to this link or call Nan Krause, SCC Business Manager, at 847-446-6955 ext. 10.
