Make Cranes at Home for World Communion Sunday

Northminster folks have an opportunity make peace cranes for a new, church-wide, liturgical art project.  The plan is to hang more  more than 1,000 origami cranes in the sanctuary for World Communion Sunday, October 1st.

It’s the Sunday when the Peacemaking and World Missions Special offering is traditionally collected and it’s a Sunday when we mark our unity in the global Christian community as people from many different traditions around the globe join in celebrating communion.

If you want to participate in the crane-making project, pick up paper in the church office and use these guides:
